I can't wait to see Jake's Gift again. When Jake's Gift was at the Winnipeg Fringe I got my Mom, sister and Uncle to go. I told them ahead of time, and good thing, cause the play was sold out every night and it was in one of the bigger venues. They all LOVED IT!!!!
My daughter and other sister plus friends saw it in Victoria. Do I need to say how happy they were to have gone? So now it's playing here on Monday, November 16, and the least I can do is get the word out. You have got to go and bring all your family and friends. It's for all ages
Only 3 1/2 weeks!!!!!! Can't wait!

This is a most powerful, moving play. Julie MacKay does a remarkable job, being different characters in this one woman play. Not to be missed. Always to be remembered!!!!

The Motor Trade by Norm Foster
Reviving The Spirit staged Norm Foster's The Motor Trade on 21, 22 November 2008 at The Pearkes Centre in Hudson's Hope BC. This was the debut performance for both Josh Joslin as Phil Moss, and Faye Fladmark as Darlene Moss. Heidi Bolliger as Gail Pierce, and Steve Metzger as Dan Torelli, have appeared in previous Reviving The Spirit productions. The opening night audience of 55 enjoyed wine and cheese before the performance.
The performance for the sold-out closing night Dinner Theatre was preceded by a wonderful meal provided by Julie and Tammy from Bella Vita. The meal included an antipasto appetiser plate followed by Ceasar salad, Linguine carbornara with garlic bread or baquettes, hot vegetable, and chocolate mousse for dessert.
An amazing meal followed by a stellar performance. Can't beat that!
